This page explains how to request deletion of your Quran app account-linked cloud data.

If you used optional Google Sign-In cloud sync, your synced records are stored in Firebase. You can request deletion at any time.

How requests are processed

We verify the request using Firebase-authenticated Google sign-in, then may request additional details where required before completing deletion.

What will be deleted

  • Firebase cloud sync records linked to your app user ID, including bookmarks, favorites, settings, and reading stats sync payloads.
  • Firebase Authentication account used for app sync, if you request full account deletion.

What is not automatically deleted

  • Local data stored on your own device. You can remove it by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
  • Some provider-managed technical logs or diagnostics that may remain for limited retention periods under Firebase/Google policies.

Processing timeline

We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or technical constraints.
